Salary:
FT Hourly.
Responsibilities and Expectations
Build Client Relationships
Conduct professional client conversations that build trust and credibility.
Discover key life events and recommend appropriate accounts, loans, and services.
Promote banking products within and outside the bank.
Make referrals to bank partners to generate revenue.
Demonstrate operational soundness and adhere to procedures.
Deliver a consistently superior client experience.
Resolve client issues and respond to routine inquiries.
Perform teller duties and process client transactions.
Approve transactions within authority limits.
Assist with bank opening/closing as directed.
Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Complete periodic compliance training.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous banking experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Capable of working with a team.
Must be able to travel to Wichita, KS during first week of training.
