Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $40.00/hr. The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform connects ARM-E tutors with students nationwide. As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make an impact on students’ learning journeys—all from home. Responsibilities
Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring in ARM-E (Associate in Management-Enterprise Risk Management). Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like. Use the Live Learning Platform to deliver sessions remotely; leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., Tutor Copilot) to enhance instruction where available. Invoice for tutoring sessions and manage payments with the platform’s support. Qualifications
Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style. Expertise in ARM-E with the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Prior tutoring or teaching experience; graduate-level education preferred. What We Offer
Base contract rates start at $18/hour and can increase for specialized subjects; rates can reach up to $40/hour with the same student. Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions conducted and invoiced. Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like. Tutor remotely using our platform—no commuting required.
