Community Association Manager (Portfolio)
Join our team! Leland Management is seeking an experienced Portfolio Community Association Manager in the St. Cloud area. This full‑time position (Monday‑Friday with occasional evenings) offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities
Organize time effectively in a dynamic work environment and balance multiple projects independently.
Adhere to the highest performance standards and model them for staff.
Motivate, supervise, and direct a team of associates to complete projects.
Foster a professional relationship with residents, the Board of Directors, and other business groups such as contractors, technicians, and vendors.
Analyze and handle potential problems with exceptional ability and recommendations to the Board.
Review financial reports and develop accurate financial budgets and cash flow management for capital improvements.
Maintain current knowledge of state regulatory statutes and community documents, policies, and procedures.
Prepare and conduct association meetings, process violations, work orders, and architectural control applications.
Maintain a positive and confident demeanor with changing environments and growing communities.
Qualifications
Community Association Manager (CAM) License.
One to three years of managerial experience within the association management industry or a similar field.
Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Experience with site inspections and conducting meetings is preferred.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations or documents with a similar degree of complexity.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint).
Experience in Association Software such as Caliber is favorable.
Physical demands include sitting at a computer station, driving for inspections, and attending meetings. Availability for occasional weekend and evening work is required.
