Join our team! Leland Management is seeking a Community Association Manager in the Lithia, FL area with excellent customer service skills. The position is full-time (Monday through Friday with occasional evenings and weekends) with a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Site inspections and covenant enforcement; assist boards with day-to-day management of an association; prepare for and conduct association meetings. Review financial reports, prepare budgets, manage projects, prepare service bids, and oversee contractors. Understand and implement the governing documents of an association; be knowledgeable of Florida Statutes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with association software (Caliber is helpful). Manage and implement procedures and programs to ensure a well-managed and well-maintained property; respond positively to concerns of Board Members and Homeowners. Collaborate with a team; effective communication with team and stakeholders; coordinate vendor contracts and service providers. Oversee day-to-day operations of on-site or portfolio communities to ensure excellent service; solicit bids and monitor maintenance programs; develop and monitor property budgets. Represent the property in resolutions of issues and conflicts; maintain confidentiality in account information and communicate professionally in written and oral forms. Prepare monthly board packages with management reports, proposals, correspondence, and financial reporting. Daily use of company software (Caliber), Word, and Excel for communication and organization. Qualifications
Must be a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager. Experience in an environment requiring high levels of customer service; motivated and confident professional with excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented; proven leadership and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with financial reports and budgets. 2+ years of work experience in Association Management with prior people and project management experience in condominiums, apartments, hotels, time-shares, developers, townhomes, or homeowners associations.
