Woodcraft Supply, LLC is looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant. This position is responsible for monitoring and balancing payments and other assigned AR and accounting related tasks. Responsibilities
Monitor and collect when necessary on past due direct customer invoices. Prepare monthly AR customer reports. Process interest and handle collections of notes receivable. Work with accounting staff and other departments in problem solving and determining appropriate accounting. Review accounts for credit worthiness and determine on-account status. Calculate and update monthly advertising pricing. Balance and monitor credit card and other daily tender totals and deposits for corporate stores. Balance and monitor customer balances. Verify corporate store gift card redemptions. Monitor franchise stores compliance with financial statement requirements. Balance limited amount of financial accounts during month end process. Balance and record monthly chargebacks and fees for various tender types. Assist with larger AR and accounting related projects as assigned. Qualifications and Education Requirements
A bachelor5s degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. This is an on-site position in Parkersburg, WV. Job details
