to join a growing finance team with a focus on FP&A. This is a high-visibility role supporting strategic planning, financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis. You’ll work closely with leadership and contribute directly to key decision-making processes. Responsibilities
Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term planning. Build and maintain financial models tied to operational performance. Analyze financial results and deliver insights to leadership. Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics. Partner cross-functionally on ad hoc reporting and special projects. Ideal candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 2–3 years of relevant experience in FP&A or financial analysis. Strong Excel and data analysis skills. Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset. Familiarity with tools like Hyperion Essbase or NetSuite is a plus.
