Under the supervision of the Accounting Manager, responsible for purchases, costs, and revenue sales related to all operations at Raising Cane’s River Center. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee and review all invoices and purchases for operations, food & beverage Prepare and analyze financial statements Implement and maintain internal controls and purchasing procedures; issue purchase orders to departments Manage daily deposits via remote deposit capture system Maintain petty cash for the facility Perform some balance sheet reconciliations Maintain AP file retention Prepare sales and operational reports as required Assist as back-up for other Accountants Adhere to SMG policies, GAAP, and cash handling procedures Perform other duties as assigned Skills Required
Ability to work independently, exercise judgment and initiative Maintain effective relationships with colleagues and others Proficient in MS Office applications Problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Effective communication skills Flexibility and adaptability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Minimum Requirements
B.S. in Accounting or four years of equivalent experience Experience in Food & Beverage environment preferred but not required Working Conditions
Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; physical requirements include walking, lifting, and standing. Additional Details
