The Position
Job Title:
Treasury Management Sales Associate
Summary & Job Description:
The Treasury Management Sales Associate plays a vital role in meeting and exceeding customer needs by delivering exceptional client experiences and financial solutions. Working alongside a Treasury Management Officer, the TMSA prepares sales proposals, presentation materials, and manages sales support for Treasury Management products, ranging from simple to complex solutions. Responsibilities include supporting sales processes, client communication, enrollment support, and continuous development of Treasury Management knowledge.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with preparing client presentations, pricing proposals, and relationship reviews.
Collaborate with TMO on sales pipeline, proposals, and presentations.
Attend meetings and training to enhance product knowledge.
Support client communication and service setup.
Ensure accurate billing and service implementation post-enrollment.
Handle special projects as assigned and demonstrate initiative and timely response.
Additional Duties:
Manage departmental tasks and engage directly with business owners and executives.
Complete annual compliance exams and adhere to policies.
Travel 5-10% for meetings and training.
Employee Specifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Minimum five years of bank customer service and three to five years of Treasury Management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Customer service oriented, dependable, and proactive.
