The Position Job Title:
Relationship Banker I
Job Description Responsibilities include:
Providing excellent customer service and building trusting relationships with clients.
Understanding customer needs and matching them with appropriate First United Bank products and services.
Serving as the single point of contact for customers, managing all related duties.
Opening new accounts and processing transactions accurately.
Maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
Participating in community events and bank functions.
Meeting or exceeding performance goals.
Resolving customer complaints and issues proactively.
Performing security functions and ensuring safety of the bank grounds.
Employee Specifications
High School Diploma strongly preferred; some college preferred.
Retail and cash handling experience preferred.
Superior customer service skills required.
Effective communication, time management, and decision-making skills necessary.
Ability to multi-task and behave ethically at all times.
