Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven

Real Estate Dispositions Specialist

to join our growing team. Our Acquisitions team secures deals with sellers and hands them off to our Dispositions team, which you will be on. In this role, you will oversee the entire dispositions process, managing relationships with assigned investors from initial contact to closing. You will be responsible for engaging real estate buyers/investors at every stage—negotiating offers, securing agreements, and ensuring smooth escrow closings. This position requires strong sales skills, relationship management, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Initial Investor Contact: Engage with property buyers/investors who inquire about a property. Share property details, build rapport, gather their buy box, and obtain their initial offer price.

Coordination: Manage property access for buyers, often juggling multiple tours. Coordinate with the Acquisitions team and local walkthrough agents.

Negotiation: Navigate purchase terms with investors, adapt to different negotiation styles, overcome objections, and secure deals at favorable terms.

Relentless Deal-Making: Actively reach out within the investor network, follow up, and find creative ways to match properties with buyers.

Consistent Communication: Serve as the primary contact for buyers, provide regular updates, and coordinate with internal teammates for a smooth process.

Use CRM and Tools: Utilize Monday.com as our CRM to track investor information and leads, ensuring accurate and prompt data entry.

Requirements:

Top 1% in Follow-Up: Relentless about following up with buyers to move opportunities forward and manage hundreds of investors without letting anyone slip through the cracks.

Fanatical Attention to Detail: Meticulous in recording and acting on every detail.

Hustler Mentality: Grit and drive to close deals beyond a standard 9-to-5 schedule.

Master Negotiator: Strong ability to build trust, handle objections, and close win-win deals.

Results-Oriented: Track performance, hit or exceed sales targets, and close deals consistently.

Relentless Problem-Solver: Proactive in finding solutions to keep deals moving forward.

Benefits:

Compensation: Earn 10% of profits for each deal closed. On-target earnings for the first year range from $70,000 to $120,000, with no earnings ceiling tied to performance.
