Simplestate is looking for a full-time Real Estate Dispositions Rep who can take our under-contract deals and move them fast. This role is commission-only - but the upside is huge for someone with hustle, people skills, and strong investor relationships. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and knows how to connect the right deal with the right buyer.

Responsibilities
Marketing and selling under-contract properties to cash buyers, investors, and flippers. Building and maintaining relationships with active buyers and investment partners. Creating property listings, sending deal blasts, and promoting opportunities through social, email, and networking. Negotiating sales prices and contract terms to maximize company profit. Coordinating with title companies and our internal acquisitions team to ensure smooth closings. Managing the deal pipeline in CRM and providing regular updates to leadership. Qualifications
Motivated by uncapped income and a commission-only structure. Strong sales and negotiation skills — you love making deals happen. Experience building relationships and maintaining investor/buyer lists. Confidence in property valuation and basic real estate numbers. Background in real estate investing, wholesaling, or property sales (preferred). Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Tools You'll Use
