As a Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) you will drive thought leadership in the development, implementation, and stewardship of Commercial and Sales Operating Routines & Performance Management within Keurig Dr Pepper’s Direct Store Delivery (DSD) network. You will partner closely with DSD Business Units, National Sales, and Commercialization functions to deliver annual revenue and gross margin plans. This high‑visibility position is centrally embedded within the commercial organization, playing a pivotal role in influencing the end‑to‑end Commercial planning process. The role is based in our Frisco, TX office and will have a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home on a weekly basis). What you will do
Lead the development and management of our top‑line annual operating plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasts for the DSD network. Own planning, performance, and operating routines across DSD & Independent Selling Organizations. Conduct monthly and quarterly business review routines and deliverables, providing insights and action plans to deliver business objectives. Lead and execute commercial strategic initiatives across RGM, pricing, and other commercial functions. Provide ad‑hoc business modeling, analytics tools, KPI scorecards, and other reporting to support annual plans. Work with National & Field Sales RGM account teams and other cross‑functional partners (Sales, Finance, Operations, Commercial) to proactively manage the execution of KDP customer and brand priorities. Lead development and implementation of RGM Transformation charter focused on standardization and simplification across the DSD organization. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Finance, Analytics, Strategy, Category Development, Marketing, or related fields. Deep financial expertise with the ability to analyze and develop comprehensive internal and external value chains to drive strategic decision‑making. Demonstrated ability to translate syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI) and internal sales data into actionable insights and strategies. Strong process management skills, capable of organizing and leading complex workstreams while ensuring alignment and execution across multiple cross‑functional teams. Advanced analytical capabilities, with experience interpreting and deriving insights from large data sets to support business applications and strategic initiatives. Intellectual curiosity and proactive engagement, with a strong desire to learn, master, and apply new topics, data sources, and methodologies to drive business success. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas—both visually and verbally—to senior leadership.
