$52,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Finding new prospects for business and obtaining commitments to establish new clients Embracing technology and utilizing third-party enrollment systems for successful enrollments Growing knowledge of the coverage offered to clients to help guide potential customers to make informed decisions Qualifications
Results-driven, self-motivated team players with a commitment to excellence and customer service Competitive leaders with previous sales experience Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Life and Health license required (we can provide information on how to earn it) Compensation and Training
As a Sales Representative, you have the potential to earn commissions based on sales results, including renewal income and bonuses. Training and development from Colonial Life are provided. Additionally, membership in the Association of Insurance Professionals (AIP) gives access to benefits, discounts, and perks. Employment type
