Job Description Role Overview As a Financial Services Operations Representative, you will provide transaction-processing services for our Mutual Fund clients, working to research and resolve open items while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
What You Will Be Doing
Perform daily account activities to provide excellent service by processing financial service requests efficiently and accurately.
After formal training, execute service requests, including purchases, redemptions, transfers, exchanges, account maintenance, and new account set‑up.
Meet and surpass quality and productivity objectives within current role.
Review transactions for quality, ensuring accuracy of the work entered; escalating areas of concern as needed for quality improvement purposes.
Work collaboratively within a virtual environment to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.
Effectively communicate with advisors, shareholders, and the client over the phone to resolve complex issues or clarify incoming requests.
Utilize internal and external resources to maintain a working knowledge of relevant account and industry trends.
Coordinate and participate in special projects as assigned.
Reps II and III will review and ensure accuracy of work entered, provide coaching when needed, and make recommendations for procedural changes.

High School Diploma or equivalent with 1‑year work‑related experience; preference for candidates with prior financial services experience, specifically operations transaction processing and/or phone related experience.
1‑2 years business experience in customer support, customer service, or transfer agency roles required for Rep. II and III.
