Hybrid work model in Braintree, MA and Kansas City, MO. Remote work available across Georgia, Florida, Kansas, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia. Schedule & Training
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm EST for the first 4–6 weeks. After training, schedule may shift to include later hours up to 7pm EST. Role Overview
As a Financial Services Operations Representative, you will provide transaction‑processing services for mutual fund clients, supporting daily account activities and resolving complex issues via outbound phone calls. What You Will Be Doing
Process daily transaction requests with efficiency and accuracy. Execute service requests including purchases, redemptions, transfers, exchanges, account maintenance, and new account set‑up. Meet and exceed quality and productivity objectives. Review transactions for quality and accuracy, escalating concerns as needed. Collaborate with teammates and external partners in a virtual environment. Communicate with advisors, shareholders, and clients over the phone to resolve complex issues. Maintain a working knowledge of relevant account and industry trends. Participate in special projects as assigned. Reps II and III will review and ensure accuracy of work entered, provide coaching, and recommend procedural changes. What You Will Bring
Critical thinking skills to review and analyze information from multiple resources. Strong problem‑solving and resolution skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Computer skills to navigate multiple programs simultaneously. Self‑motivation and ability to work in a virtual environment. High School Diploma or equivalent with 1‑year work‑related experience. Preference for prior financial services or operations transaction processing experience. 1–2 years business experience in customer support or transfer agency roles required for Rep. II and III.
