We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven
Pricing Analyst
with 3–5 years of experience to help shape and refine our pricing strategies. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and enhancing our competitive edge through smart, informed pricing decisions. What You’ll Do
Dive into historical sales data, market trends, customer behavior, and competitive benchmarks to guide pricing strategies. Build and enhance pricing models to support new product launches and strategic initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams—R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Finance—to align pricing with business goals. Track key pricing metrics (e.g., margins, win rates, elasticity) and recommend adjustments to optimize performance. Conduct scenario modeling, impact assessments, and “what-if” analyses to evaluate pricing outcomes. Ensure pricing practices comply with internal policies and industry standards. Deliver clear, data-backed insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Maintain and improve pricing tools, dashboards, and reporting systems. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 3–5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, revenue management, or similar analytical roles. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI. Experience with pricing strategy and competitive analysis in B2B or B2C environments. Familiarity with margin optimization, cost-plus, value-based, and promotional pricing approaches. Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences. Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Great Plains, Business Central). Seniority level
