SCOPE OF ROLE :
The Support Services functions at S:US are carried out by a team of professionals with diverse backgrounds who share deeply in the S:US mission. We are a resource that provides support to the individual program departments to assist in the pursuit of our mission. The Human Capital Management Solutions (“HCMS”) Department is looking for a detailed-oriented, organized, creative and technically savvy individual to join our HCMS Team as an HCMS Specialist. This role supports the maintenance of the various Human Resource Systems (HRIS/Payroll/Timekeeping and ATS) through employee-lifecycle processing, reporting, auditing, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Accountable for the processing of candidate data from iCIMS on-boarding into our UKG System to ensure accuracy of data
Responsible for the accuracy of employee life-cycle changes including but not limited to, new hires, transfers, promotions, status, LOA’s, salary adjustments and terminations
Verify accuracy of HR Actions and work with and or train managers on HR Action process
Provides customer support, assist in researching and resolving problems
Assist with testing system enhancements and new functionality
Addresses end-user support cases as assigned
Participates in training, including developing end user procedures, guidelines and documentation on HCMS processes/functionality
Cross train on various module and perform scheduled activities
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities
Enhanced verbal and written communications skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Proficient with UKG/Kronos Workforce Dimensions or equivalent
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field or equivalent work experience
At least three years related experience required
Basic Human Capital Management skills
Ability to multi-task and maintain high level of accuracy in a rapidly changing HR environment
Ability to communicate sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner
