During the program, Analysts work closely with senior investment professionals to support underwriting, portfolio management, and market research across a range of asset classes. The program begins with formal training and quickly transitions into live deal work, mentorship, and professional development through Lunch & Learns, networking, and team-building events. Analysts are fully integrated into the team as value-add contributors, with top performers considered for full-time roles upon completion.**Primary Responsibilities*** Assist in underwriting and evaluating investment opportunities across alternative asset classes* Build financial models and conduct valuation analyses* Support portfolio monitoring, reporting, and amendment processes* Conduct market research and participate in due diligence efforts* Engage in training, mentorship, and cross-functional team activities**Qualifications*** Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or related field* Graduation date of May or June 2026* Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA* Strong analytical, modeling, and writing skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data sources and financial publications* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities* Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines* Willingness to travel (
