The Barings Analyst Program provides recent graduates with hands-on experience on the Strategic Relationship Management Team (SRMT), which manages key relationships with banks, private equity firms, rating agencies, and third-party administrators. This position is ideal for those seeking broad exposure to finance, and the opportunity to learn about the breadth and depth of Barings’s platform. This role involves collaboration across investment, product, legal, tech, and operations teams. The Analyst Program begins with formal training and quickly transitions into strategic projects, mentorship, and professional development through Lunch & Learns, networking, and team-building events. Analysts are fully integrated into the SRMT team as value-add contributors, with top performers considered for full-time roles upon completion. Primary Responsibilities

Assist in underwriting and evaluating investment opportunities across alternative asset classes Build financial models and conduct valuation analyses Support portfolio monitoring, reporting, and amendment processes Conduct market research and participate in due diligence efforts Engage in training, mentorship, and cross-functional team activities Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or related field Graduation date of Spring 2026 from an accredited university Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA Strong analytical, modeling, and writing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines Has initiative and is self-motivated, eager to learn, and interested in taking on new challenges to enhance coverage and build relationships internally and externally Other Information
