Commercial Insurance Account Managers
for to support a large insurance agency’s sales teams based in the Mid-Atlantic. You manage incoming new clients and direct the activities, workflows and renewal plans for small businesses and mid-sized accounts. Duties & Responsibilities
Manage in-force clients in various stages of their annual policy cycle. From daily policy admin transactions with the account manager to more sophisticated client engagement issues and renewal preparation. Handle the marketing process from A-to-Z. Compile submissions and work with underwriters on risk analysis and gaps. Discuss coverage recommendations with clients (even identifying upselling and cross-selling avenues). Assist the producer with developing service timelines for top tier clients. Skills & Experience
At least three (3) years of Commercial P&C insurance experience in client service and account management. Active insurance license. Multi-Line coverage background- CGL, Property, Auto, Work Comp, and Professional lines. Job Specs
