I am currently working with a major international energy provider with over 20,000 employees worldwide, driving the transition to renewable energy. They are seeking a Project Developer to join their Onshore Wind team in Germany, supporting the growth of their European portfolio.

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of onshore wind projects from development to permitting and construction readiness. Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and project evaluations. Negotiate with landowners, authorities, and stakeholders to secure project sites. Lead permitting processes and liaise with local authorities and agencies. What we’re looking for
Degree in engineering, environmental sciences, renewable energy, or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in renewable project development (onshore wind preferred). Knowledge of German planning and permitting law. Strong German (fluent) and English skills.
