Windows 11 PC Deployment / IT Desktop Support Technician

Job Description
Our client, a large Healthcare System throughout the Midwest, has multiple openings to support a project to upgrade their technology. This will involve replacing old PC’s and upgrading to new devices in Windows 11. We are looking for IT Technicians that can work 1st shift on-site.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems (Windows and Mac) and across a range of software applications.
Swap out laptops/desktops and deploy Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Re‑image Windows 11 onto machines from Windows 10.
Assist all users with any logged IT related incident when called upon.
Take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to the customer as soon as possible; escalating incidents to other support teams where necessary.
Accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system.
Install and configure new IT equipment.
Resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware.
Resolve incidents with printers, copiers, and scanners.
Maintain a first‑class level of customer service ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner.
Qualifications
CompTIA Certifications are desirable for this role.
Ability to work 1st shift on-site.
Strong troubleshooting skills and customer‑service orientation.
Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 deployment and imaging.
Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $47.00/hr.
Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in St. Joseph, MI and Benton Harbor, MI.
