Duties
Engage in trademark, copyright, and advertising federal litigation. Advise on trademark protection and conduct clearance searches. Develop and implement trademark filing strategies for brands. Handle trademark transactional work, including licensing and due diligence. Manage domain name disputes and provide copyright registration counseling. Collaborate with and manage a team of paralegals and business professionals. Requirements
3-5 years of relevant legal experience. Experience with USPTO Trademark Trial & Appeal Board proceedings. Strong analytical, writing, and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications
Admission to the state bar. Skills
