Overview
Oakbridge Insurance Agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support clients, maintain strong relationships, and deliver efficient, high-quality service across all stages of the account lifecycle. Responsibilities
Manage a book of commercial lines business, including renewals, policy changes, billing, and day-to-day servicing Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members Support new business production efforts in collaboration with producers and account executives Evaluate client risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions Coordinate and process policy documents including binders, ID cards, insurance summaries, and certificates Handle client billing including invoicing, reconciling account discrepancies, and tracking outstanding payments Participate in client and carrier meetings as needed Qualifications
Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship management skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities Proactive problem-solving and analytical abilities Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred Education/Experience
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required) 3+ years\' experience with commercial lines insurance is preferred, but not required Familiarity with agency workflows and management systems (e.g., Applied Epic) is a plus Understanding of agency workflows and procedures About Us
