Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team as our Employee Relations Investigator for KONE Americas in Lisle, IL? Responsibilities

Analyze evidence, documentation, and other relevant materials to determine findings. Maintain confidentiality and ensure the integrity of the investigation process. Collaborate with P&C, Legal, and management teams to address and resolve employee relations issues. Conduct comprehensive investigations into employee incident reports. Demonstrate a passion for quality and results. Promote a safety culture in your team. Work with customers and colleagues to complete objectives by performing required duties and solving problems. Qualifications

3+ years of progressive and successful experience in employee relations, HR investigations, or a related role (including conducting interviews in a corporate/large organizational setting). Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field) or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR). Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations. Excellent investigative and analytical skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations simultaneously. Benefits and Culture

Annual Base Pay Range:

The hiring range for this role is $90,300 – $124,190. The compensation package offered will depend on the ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 10% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
