Commercial Lines Account Manager – The Jonus Group. This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-office requirements. The position focuses on delivering exceptional service to clients, managing larger accounts, and contributing to the organization’s success. Responsibilities
Manage and service a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Quote new and renewal business, collaborating with carriers and underwriters. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members. Provide white-glove service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system. Contribute to the team’s success by supporting colleagues and fostering a collaborative work environment. Qualifications
Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience required; 3-8 years preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar systems. Soft Skills: Professionalism and accountability; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; excellent relationship-building and communication abilities; a service-oriented mindset with a commitment to supporting team success; confidence and a positive attitude.
