As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will be a front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting, focused on operational excellence and patient care. Experience in health care is not required. Responsibilities
Lead a cross-functional clinical team to deliver the best for patients, teammates and community. Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance. Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns to drive toward Regional goals and standards. Support clinic open hours and ensure a positive, growth-oriented environment. Develop, mentor and inspire staff; promote a culture of collaboration and accountability. Maintain a patient-centered approach with a focus on quality improvement and clinical goal-setting. What you can expect

Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in related area strongly preferred. Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at the discretion of DVP and/or ROD. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment. Current CPR certification required (or certification obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position). Collaboration skills essential; daily interaction with clinical and financial teams to meet business needs. Intermediate computer skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
