E-Fish Customer & Technical Support Specialist
Join FAO as a home‑based customer support specialist focused on the Unified State Electronic System for Fisheries Management. You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot system errors, and support user access and reporting.
Background & Setting FAO works with the Ukrainian Government to strengthen national capacities in agriculture, fisheries and food security. This role operates from FAO Ukraine’s Kyiv office but is home‑based across Ukraine.
Responsibilities
Provide consulting and technical support to users of the System via hotline calls and messengers.
Grant and terminate user access in accordance with system roles.
Record and resolve user requests regarding system use.
Analyze database information and generate reports for public authorities.
Communicate findings and proposals to authorities and host provider.
Maintain statistics on system performance and failures.
Participate in meetings to assess and propose system improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field.
3+ years of experience supporting information systems.
Fluent in Russian (Level C), Ukrainian (Level C) and English (Level B).
National of Ukraine or resident with valid work permit.
