As the Sales Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth by building deep client relationships, shaping and executing strategic sales initiatives, and guiding less experienced personnel. You’ll bring consultative sales expertise, strong leadership, and an analytical mindset to drive revenue and market expansion. Location: Home office based in the contiguous US with travel as needed In This Role, You Will:

Build new accounts and manage existing ones in your sales territory Drive complex enterprise sales cycles—navigating conversations with stakeholders at every level, from laboratory users to C-suite executives Coordinate activities cross-functionally within the company to provide a streamlined experience for your customers Attend meetings within the assigned territory and trade shows/conference events Coach and mentor inside sales/BD representatives Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to your sales cycle, as well as create quotes Ideal Skills/Knowledge:

BA/BS or higher, an MBA a plus 5 years or more of sales experience in the lab diagnostics or lab research industry Expereince and success in managing a complex sales cycle representing a high-dollar solution Exposure to SaaS or related enterprise software preferred Experience with HPLC and LC/MS preferred Ability to travel regionally What To Expect:
