We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Network Engineer
to design, implement, manage, and support our enterprise network infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of in-house information systems and network connections. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling network hardware, protocols, and services, and thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance. Implement and maintain network security solutions including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems. Evaluate and recommend networking products and services to meet current and future requirements. Manage and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and inventory. Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance with organizational standards. Plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and migrations with minimal disruption. Provide technical support and guidance to users and other IT staff. Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning. Respond to and resolve network outages or performance issues in a timely manner, including after-hours support when needed. QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in network engineering or a similar role. Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP). Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, Nagios). Experience with network security and best practices. Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS and Azure). PREFERRED
Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Juniper JNCIA). BENEFITS SUMMARY
