Hold an active real estate license (or be in the process of obtaining one) Show genuine interest and/or experience in commercial real estate Bring strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Manage multiple transactions effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate a self-motivated, enterprising mindset Prospect for new business through cold calls, networking, and industry events Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants Compensation
Compensation: Commission-based role - Opportunity for $100,000+ $100,000 per year (as a reference for potential earnings)
