Commercial Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package
Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience)
401(k): Yes
Responsibilities
Manage a book of business averaging $2.5 million in premiums, primarily small market accounts (0–$100k in premiums, with occasional accounts exceeding $100k).
Handle A‑Z account management, including endorsements, certificates, and renewals.
Collaborate with internal departments for marketing and accounting support.
Quote new and renewal business as required.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Texas.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in commercial insurance account management. Candidates with Assistant Account Manager experience looking to transition are welcome.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software is preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well in a team, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.
Work Environment: Must be able to work in-office full-time.
