The Jonus Group Location: San Antonio, TX Job Description Commercial Lines Account Manager (Small Commercial / Select Business Unit) Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is focused on managing a book of small commercial accounts, with a strong emphasis on service and retention. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service. Compensation Package Salary Range: $60,000–$70,000 annually (up to $75,000 for exceptional candidates) Responsibilities Full A–Z account management, including service and retention of assigned book of business. Handle certificates, endorsements, invoicing, marketing/remarketing, and client communication. Quote and process renewals, with a focus on retention and client satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by being organized, responsive, and proactive. Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines account management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred. Soft Skills: Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and processes. Eager to learn and grow within the role. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and client service skills. Responsive and proactive in addressing client needs.
