Hydraulic Systems Technician role at Cargo Floor B.V.
Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to customers during hydraulic system installation and troubleshooting. Guide customers through routine maintenance procedures to ensure the longevity of Cargo Floor systems. Train customer teams on proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address and resolve technical challenges. Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and training materials. Collect customer feedback regarding product performance and relay it to the product development team. Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during customer meetings and trade shows. Monitor industry trends to recommend product enhancements and innovations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (mandatory). Hands‑on experience with mechanical and hydraulic systems, preferably in logistics or waste management equipment. Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences. Ability to travel frequently for on‑site support and training.
