Job Description – 100% Remote Law & Motion Attorney Experience Level:
3–7 years About the Role We are seeking a talented and driven
Law & Motion Attorney
to join our litigation team. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys
strategic legal writing, research, and motion practice . The attorney will work closely with trial counsel and partners to shape case outcomes through pre-trial motions and substantive legal arguments. Key Responsibilities Draft, research, and argue a wide range of motions, including: Motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, demurrers, anti-SLAPP motions, motions in limine, and discovery-related motions. Prepare persuasive briefs, memoranda, and legal arguments across multiple practice areas. Conduct thorough
legal research
to identify statutes, case law, and precedent. Collaborate with trial attorneys on
case strategy and motion planning . Manage motion hearings and represent clients in court for motion-related arguments. Provide clear legal analysis and recommendations to senior attorneys and clients. Handle matters across a
diverse practice portfolio , including litigation, intellectual property, corporate law, tax, real estate, personal injury, family law, and probate. Qualifications 3–7 years of experience
in litigation, with a strong background in law & motion practice. Excellent
legal writing and research skills ; proven ability to draft persuasive briefs. Ability to manage multiple complex matters and meet deadlines. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a litigation team. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between
$150,000 – $190,000
annually. The firm may be open to the higher end of the range for the right candidate. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. The firm offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: 401(k) PTO Seniority level
