Auto-Owners Insurance . Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated carrier, is seeking an experienced Claims Investigator to join our Special Investigation unit. The position includes field involvement and training responsibilities as described below. Responsibilities

Become familiar with the specialized investigation of claims. Meet with people involved with claims, potentially outside the office environment. Serve as a trainer/resource for branch associates in the Claims Department. Develop and present educational materials focused on fraud awareness and investigation. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Ability to handle conflict comfortably. Field Claim Rep with Auto and Field experience preferred. Ability to read, interpret, and react to insurance policies, procedures manuals, and legal documents. Ability to assemble information, develop opinions, and clearly express decisions using sound reasoning. Ability to write reports and compose correspondence. Strong verbal and written communication, problem resolution, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with mathematics and financial documents. Ability to interact professionally with all types of people. Valid driver\'s license and driving record consistent with underwriting guidelines. Ability to organize assigned work and maintain a professional image. Benefits
