Examine title reports from third-party search vendors for mortgage foreclosure transactions. Identify defendants in judicial mortgage foreclosure actions. Determine parties requiring notice in non-judicial foreclosure actions. Identify title defects, superior interests, and curative issues. Use online portals for in-house tax and title searches. Plot metes and bounds legal descriptions using online tools. Obtain aerial views of properties via online websites. Qualifications
Required:
3-5 years of title examination experience, preferably in mortgage foreclosure. Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PDF applications like Adobe Acrobat and eCopy. Excellent communication skills. Experience with paperless title examinations. Preferred:
Multi-state examination experience, especially in CA, DE, GA, KY, IL, MD, NC, OH, SC, TN, TX, VA. Additional Details
