Corporate Paralegal Minneapolis, MN

Base pay range: $115,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

The Corporate Paralegal will support the Legal Department of a growing company in the Twin Cities area. This is a direct hire position with a hybrid or remote work model. Ideal candidates will be local to Minnesota.

Responsibilities

Providing support for corporate governance, regulatory filings, and general compliance matters.

Assisting with drafting and managing contracts and other legal documents.

Supporting the administration of the company's equity programs and related reporting.

Maintaining corporate records and assisting with board and committee documentation.

Coordinating with internal departments and external partners to support business and legal operations.

Assisting with department projects and other legal initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.

6+ years of relevant experience in a public company or corporate legal department.

Working knowledge of securities filings, corporate governance, and contract management.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management platforms.
