Salem University is looking to fill two (2) assistant athletic trainer positions. Sport coverage is negotiable. The job description is listed below. Salem University $45,000-$55,000 (Depending on Experience) Athletic trainers provide consultation, advice, referrals, care, and management of athletic injury and illness to Salem University intercollegiate athletes. A primary role of the athletic trainer is to work as a member of the medical staff in providing prevention, preconditioning, conditioning, treatment, care, and rehabilitation for intercollegiate athletes. New graduates are encouraged to apply! This is an annual 12-month position. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in athletic training or related field Current Board of Certification (BOC) certification West Virginia State license as a Certified Athletic Trainer, or eligible upon appointment Preferred Qualifications:
