Responsibilities include stocking and supplying Hostar Carts used by Room and Turndown Attendants, delivering carts with clean linen and amenities for each shift, and completing daily work orders to meet quotas. The role involves communication via radio, responding to orders, and selecting appropriate leveling programs based on work quality and knowledge. STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS: Requirements represent the minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities needed. The incumbent should possess the aptitude to perform duties proficiently. Some requirements may exclude individuals who pose health or safety risks to themselves, colleagues, or guests. Skills and Qualifications: Positive, outgoing, and friendly personality Team player Excellent guest service skills Basic arithmetic skills Good judgment and clear thinking under pressure Attention to detail Ability to follow directions and work independently Valid Driver’s License Experience in hospitality or similar role Knowledge of chemical handling Basic English communication skills ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Attend to guest requests and meet delivery deadlines Prioritize and process tasks efficiently Fold robes and terry to fit Hostar trays Wash and dry guest room glasses Fill and label cleaning solution bottles correctly Restock and deliver Hostar Carts following proper procedures Manage linen and amenity inventory and storage Assist with guest requests such as cribs, microwaves, pet amenities, and ice Conduct weekly inventory reports Assist with linen and guest room item disposal Maintain and perform preventive maintenance on Hostar equipment Operate equipment safely and promote accident prevention Maintain guest confidentiality and hotel security Monitor supplies and prevent pilferage Provide attentive guest service and handle difficult situations courteously Follow sanitation, safety, and OSHA regulations Report maintenance issues and complete work orders
