Family-owned hazardous material detection company is looking for a certified asbestos inspector for the city or state of New York. The position involves travel throughout the city and state performing a variety of building inspection services.
Duties
Perform inspections for asbestos, lead-based paint, PCBs and mold assessments Prepare reports based on findings Be comfortable interpreting NYC DEP Title 15, NYS ICR 56 and other applicable regulations Be reliable and able to work independently Have experience working with the following NYS agencies – OGS, SUCF, DASNY, CUNY, NYPA & MTA Possess initiative to problem solve If you’d like to hear more about this opportunity and others we are currently working on, please contact Devin Heffernan at dheffernan@cps4jobs.com.
