Ensure that production equipment and material specifications are functioning within operating parameters correctly.
Ensure the production equipment is producing castings that meet CF standards.
Observe machines and equipment for malfunction and make adjustments to run at maximum efficiency, or notify the casting lead person.
Complete all production paperwork to improve production methods and equipment performance.
Identify scrap, segregate it from production, record, and dispose of discrepant material.
Perform all job functions as outlined in the functional job analysis.
