Role responsibilities: Collaborate with internal and external experts (KOL's) to develop sample preparation methods using biological samples for clinical, forensics and doping analysis utilising Biotage products. Creating Scientific documentation (Application notes, white papers) to support sales, marketing and customer engagement Interdisciplinary Collaboration Working closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and R&D teams Cross functional collaboration to align workflows and strategies Company representation and Market insights Showcase technical expertise by delivering engaging presentations, leading trainingsessions and facilitating workshops for Biotage at Scientific meetings and tradeshows as well as internal teams. Recording of all business-related activities in salesforce. Support the service team, inside sales representatives, and others as needed during events and demos Training and Communication Frequent interaction with customers and collaborators to provide technical expertise and gather meaningful insights. Sharing standard processes and insights gained from application development and research and providing actionable recommendations for the use of Biotage products in new markets. Offer expert consultation, technical assistance, and training to customers, field sales reps and internal stakeholders encompassing product knowledge, application guidance and troubleshooting. Skills and experience Bachelors/PhD in Analytical Chemistry/Bioanalytical Chemistry or related discipline. Practical experience of analysis of analytes in Biological fluids along with the analysis of large molecules including oligos, biomolecules and peptides in biofluids by LC/MS/MS. Working knowledge of Bioanalytical, CRO, Clinical, Or Forensic testing workflows and experience with laboratory automation is highly desirable. Proven ability to communicate clearly, effectively and professionally. Strong technical writing and oral presentation skills.
