Swim Instructors
to join our Aquatics Team on a contracted basis. This is more than just swim lessons—it’s about creating a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where every participant, regardless of ability, can thrive. What You’ll Do
Teach engaging, upbeat swim classes in line with our posted schedule. Create a welcoming, positive atmosphere where all participants feel encouraged and supported. Collaborate with our Wellness Director to promote classes and grow participation. Ensure safety is a top priority by following pool protocols and maintaining certifications. Represent and advocate for The League’s mission through every interaction in and out of the water. What You Bring
Must be at least 18 years old with current Swim Instructor certification. CPR and First Aid certifications required. Group Fitness certification is a plus. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued. Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you know how to make people feel seen and supported.
