Job Overview Reich Construction LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Traveling Crew Leader to supervise and coordinate Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) erection projects nationwide. The Crew Leader will oversee a team of 4-6 crew members, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to safety and quality standards. This leadership role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving under pressure, and excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a crew of 4-6 workers on PEMB erection projects.
Read and interpret erection drawings to ensure work meets project specifications.
Coordinate with the Project Manager and Director of Operations to ensure materials, tools, and equipment are on-site and available.
Monitor daily progress, resolve onsite issues, and provide updates to management.
Enforce safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain OSHA compliance.
Train, mentor, and motivate crew members to foster growth and teamwork.
Ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and with a commitment to quality.
Represent Reich Construction LLC professionally with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in PEMB erection or steel erection in a commercial setting.
Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred.
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, erection plans, and technical drawings.
Bilingual: English and Spanish strongly preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
Valid Driver's License required.
OSHA 30 Certification and operator certificates (e.g., aerial lift, forklift, crane) preferred.
Willingness to travel nationwide and work extended hours, including weekends, when required.
