Oversee day-to-day field operations for construction projects across the U.S. Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Supervise subcontractors and crews, enforcing safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Serve as the onsite leader available 24/7 to resolve issues and keep projects on track. Maintain strong client relationships, providing clear communication and exceptional customer service. Motivate crews, resolve onsite challenges, and foster a culture of teamwork and accountability. Conduct regular safety meetings, inspections, and quality checks. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices. Qualifications
10+ years of construction supervision experience, preferably with Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings. High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's Degree preferred). Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required). Proven ability to manage crews and ensure profitable project delivery. Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills. Knowledge of safety standards, quality control, and construction best practices. Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools. Must be available for weekend and overtime work, with flexibility to travel to job sites nationwide. Benefits
