Returns Research Solutions Associate Job Overview: The Returns Research Solutions Associate is a vital part of the Returns department. They will examine and test returned IT related items and miscellaneous products for any defects or issues, record items status in the Warehouse Management system, investigate discrepancies in customer and vendor communications, and track returned product flow through the Reverse Logistics departments. The Returns Research Solutions Associate will write up descriptions, document any scratches or dents if found, and determine its grading for resale if no issues are noticed. They will work with manufacturers to address defects if/when identified. Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting all issues that arise in the Returns department with merchandise Research product information to conduct investigations on discrepancies Ensure there is always quality testing in the warehouse Document complaints from customers and vendors such as missing packing slips or missing bar codes Determine condition of equipment and assign proper grades for resale Maintain accurate descriptions and notes Additional Responsibilities:

As assigned by the manager Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Must be able to multitask and work in a busy warehouse environment Extended periods of standing/walking Ability to resolve pallet math and strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Strong computer knowledge is required Must be able to operate a hand scanner to enter data into a Warehouse Management system Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:

Extensive knowledge of new & used electronics, computers and DVR/MVR boxes Minimum 2 years experience in a Warehouse High school diploma or equivalent required Prior problem solving in warehouse experience needed Physical Environment/Occupational Risks:
