This is your opportunity to shape a scratch-made, European-inspired menu spanning breakfast, brunch, and dinner in a collaborative, guest-focused environment. Requirements & Qualifications: 4+ years as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef ready to advance in a fast-paced, full-service setting Expertise in scratch cooking, especially across breakfast, brunch, and dinner Clear European culinary style and love for regional flavors and techniques Strong leadership, communication, and business management skills Passion for culinary innovation and staying ahead of food trends Benefits & Compensation: Base salary $70,000-$80,000 + quarterly bonuses Full benefits package (medical & dental) Work-life balance (Closed Mondays / Brunch & Lunch focused) A positive, creative, team-driven kitchen environment Preferred Background & Skills: Lead all kitchen operations—from prep to plating—with a focus on excellence and consistency Mentor and inspire a high-performing team, fostering creativity and collaboration Design innovative, seasonal menus with European influences Ensure top-quality dishes made from scratch using fresh, premium ingredients Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and food costs to drive profitability If you're ready to lead with heart and elevate every plate, we’d love to meet you.
