$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr Direct message the job poster from AimHire This is a contract role with a strong possibility of going permanent. Role Day-to-Day Description: Prepare and input property listings into the MLS, company website, and other syndication platforms. Ensure all listings meet MLS rules and guidelines, including photo and document requirements. Coordinate with agents, photographers, and marketing teams to gather listing materials (photos, property descriptions, disclosures, etc.). Monitor listing timelines and status updates (e.g., active, pending, sold), ensuring real-time accuracy. Maintain listing records, file documentation, and client communications in CRM and MLS systems. Act as a point of contact for agents and clients for listing-related updates or corrections. Track and report listing performance metrics and syndication accuracy. Stay informed about MLS rules and changes and ensure company compliance. Must Haves/ Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a real estate support, preferably with MLS listing experience. Strong knowledge of MLS platforms (e.g., REcolorado, CRMLS, Bright MLS, etc.). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines. Experience working in a high-volume real estate environment. Familiarity with compliance regulations related to MLS and real estate marketing. Knowledge of real estate transaction processes and paperwork. Understanding of real estate terms and new construction process Cannot have an active Real Estate license Strong administrative and technical skills AimHire is an equal opportunity employer.
