Cordoba Corporation is seeking a

Program Controls Specialist

to join our Facilities Sector. The role supports the successful delivery of projects by managing cost control, budgeting, scheduling, and data reporting processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior staff, ensure audit compliance, and help refine policies and procedures to improve efficiency. Candidates should have at least six years of experience in project controls, with at least three years supporting infrastructure projects within government or engineering sectors. Responsibilities

Assist with cost control, budget control, data management, reporting and the project control system. Coordinate the development and implementation of project controls tools and procedures to support best practices. Interface with Senior Program Controls Specialist and Managers to support decision making. Analyze and validate data for accuracy and reasonableness. Recommend policy changes to improve project delivery. Organize program and project data for timely and accurate reports. Develop metrics and reports for management and stakeholders. Develop new controls processes related to budgets, estimates, schedules and roll-up of program information. Provide documentation support for controls processes, policies and procedures. Support internal and external audits. Review proposed budget and scope changes for justification and documentation. Troubleshoot project-specific budget, scope, schedule, funding or documentation issues with other divisions as needed. Qualifications

Six (6) years of full-time professional experience in project controls (planning, budgeting, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, reporting). Three (3) years as a Program or Project Controls Specialist in a government agency or infrastructure projects, using tools such as Oracle Primavera, Unifier, or similar software. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, IT, Finance/Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Ability to build effective working relationships with project teams and staff. Salary Range: $81,600 to $92,200 per year Location: Los Angeles, CA Work Environment: Onsite Our Company
